Quotes are valid for 30 days once received. A booking is confirmed with a signed contract and deposit or full payment. Cancellations within 48 hours of service incur a 50% fee.

Additional Charges

Additional hourly charges may apply if a vehicle is retained beyond the contracted time. Clients assume responsibility for any damages caused by their party. A $250 deep-cleaning fee may apply for extraordinary cleaning needs.

Liability & Responsibility

Black Fleet Transportation is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
